In operation since 1979, our Shelbyville, Kentucky manufacturing and packaging facility has grown from a filling and warehousing site into a premier plant for pure and denatured ethanol products. From this 150,000-square-foot (45,720 sq meter) facility, we manufacture, package, and ship ethanol-based products to more than 1,500 commercial customers each year through a direct-ship and warehouse distribution network supported by a direct rail link and dedicated rail fleet.

The Shelbyville plant manufactures and supplies a wide range of:

Each year, the facility packages approximately 6,000,000 gallons and produces more than 390 unique SKUs, giving customers flexibility in product type and packaging format. High-speed, fully automated filling lines help support efficient, large-scale packaging and consistent throughput.
